Chuck Mortimer, a shareholder in the firm, is licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon. Chuck has extensive transactional and litigation experience representing a broad range of clientele, including commercial property owners, homeowners and homeowner associations, general and specialty contractors, and construction supply companies. Chuck’s practice focuses on commercial and residential leases and real estate transactions, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and litigation, construction defect litigation, construction litigation and commercial collections, and condominium and homeowners association matters. Chuck regularly serves as a featured speaker at a variety of forums sponsored by trade associations, landlord associations, property managers, and commercial credit departments.

Prior to entering law school, Chuck worked as a chemist and field technician in the analytical laboratory of a Fortune 1000 environmental company.
