Katie is admitted to practice in Washington, including in the United States District Court for the Western District. Katie’s practice focuses primarily on construction defect litigation, commercial collections, and general business disputes. Her clients include homeowners, small business owners, material suppliers, and contractors.
Katie also volunteers with the Housing Foreclosure Legal Aid Project and the University of Washington School of Law Federal Tax Clinic.
While attending law school Katie served as an associate editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International law, as well as treasurer for the Gonzaga Student Bar Association. Katie earned the CALI Award for Excellence for earning the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing class. She was a semi-finalist in the Linden Cup Oral Advocacy Competition. Kate studied international and comparative law in Florence, Italy.
