Most cases never make it to trial because of the costs and risk, and also because, as a case progresses, the likely outcome at trial often becomes more clear. We strive to bring that clarity to every case as quickly as possible, through aggressive discovery and motion practice.
This enables us, and our clients, to make informed decisions every step of the way. And it is a means of bringing the other party to the settlement table.
We continue to be very successful at settling most cases well in advance of trial. But we also have the necessary trial and arbitration experience in the event those steps become necessary in pursuit of our clients’ claims.
