Lien: Recorded within the later of 90 days after project completion or 90 days after last performances
Bond: Within 90 days of last performance; For highway projects, within 30 days of acceptance
Deadline to Foreclose
Lien: Within 6 months of lien filing
Bond: Within 1 year of last performance; For highway projects, within 6 months of acceptance
